Zero-Tolerance Mandate:
BorealMart enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding counterfeit, replica, grey-market, or misattributed merchandise. If it is sold on BorealMart, it carries our strict authenticity guarantee.
1. Inspection & Physical Bench-Testing
Every serialized item arriving at our Mississauga distribution center undergoes physical bench testing, serial verification against manufacturer databases, and packaging authentication before entering the available catalog.
Cross-referenced against global OEM blocklists and warranty tracking systems.
Tamper-evident seals, microscopic printing fidelity, and factory adhesives verified.
2. Verified Canadian Merchant Obligations
All independent merchants applying to sell on BorealMart must provide proof of legitimate supply chains, authorized distribution invoices, and verified Canadian corporate documentation. Sellers caught attempting to list counterfeit products face permanent platform expulsion, forfeiture of held funds for buyer restitution, and legal referral under the Trade-marks Act and Criminal Code of Canada.
3. Buyer Recourse Under the True North Guarantee
In the exceedingly rare event that an item is contested regarding authenticity, buyers are fully protected under our True North Buyer Guarantee. Upon submission of a claim to support@borealmart.com, BorealMart covers all return courier shipping and issues an immediate 100% refund.
